I have been a manager for quite some time now. People often approach me for advice, mostly career related. I have noticed a pattern in this - often the same question pops up, from very different people. And so I thought that sharing my answers online could potentially benefit many more people. That's the intent of this blog. I must concede that the name of this blog "Friendly Manager" reflects my aspiration to be viewed as such by the great people that work for me (and I know that I need to work hard at getting there!).
